Registration desk, ushering, stage management, and guest support at our Carnegie Hall events.

Workshop Facilitators & Mentors

Lead or assist STREAM workshops and coach students as they prepare their speeches.

Bilingual Translators

Support families and students in Korean, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, and other languages.

Photography & Media

Capture event photos and video, and help create content for our website and social media.

Speech Competition Judges

Review student speech videos. Ideal for educators and speech, language-arts, or performing-arts professionals.

Remote & Admin Support

Help with outreach, data entry, design, and communications from anywhere.

Requirements & Process

Who Can Volunteer

  • Adults 18 and older
  • High school students with parent/guardian permission
  • Judges: a background in education, speech, language arts, or performing arts is preferred

What to Expect

  • A short orientation before your first assignment
  • Flexible commitments — a single event day, a season, or ongoing
  • Verification of volunteer hours for school, college applications, and service-award programs
